With help from specialist personal injury solicitors, a widow has been awarded £112,000 compensation after her husband died from the fatal asbestos-related cancer, mesothelioma. His ex-employers were responsible for exposing him to the dangerous asbestos fibres.
Her thank you letter read “On behalf of my family and myself, I want to thank you and your staff for bringing successfully to an end, the case for my late husband. I will be writing to the asbestos support group and also to tell them how pleased we have been with your firm”.
